Our Services
What is your turnaround time?
We offer a 48 hour turnaround to ensure perfection. If you are in a rush we offer same day delivery for all services except videos for an additional $50.
What areas do you service?
Our typical service area is between Calabasas, Long Beach, and Pasadena. We also service distant neighboring cities like Santa Barbara, Lancaster, and Orange County for an additional travel fee. If you have a shoot you'd like to schedule outside of this area please reach out.
Do you offer floor plans, twilight, virtual staging, and Matterport tours?
Yes absolutely! Take a look at our service pages to learn more. If you're looking for something that's not showcased we may still be able to offer it, don't hesitate to reach out and ask!
Can you photoshop if needed?
Yes! Small things like hiding cords, removing family photos, cars or trashcans in the way, dead grass on the front lawn, etc. are included in the price of your photos. We are also able to photoshop out larger items like couches and cabinets, however these take extra time and can be done for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling be done no later than 24 hours. If a shoot is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance we will be sad.
We kindly ask that you reach out as soon as you realize your listing will not be ready by the time of the shoot so we can schedule other clients who may be waiting for your date and time.
How do I pay?
Payment due on delivery. Our preferred method of payment is Zelle since we do not incur a fee with them. On delivery we send an invoice link alongside the delivery of photos where you can choose to pay with a credit card, debit card, or Zelle.
